Attendee Lists

Show who's going to your event and turn browsers into buyers.

Written by Andrew

Attendee Lists display a live list of people attending your event, directly on your event page and in the YourKind discovery feed. When people can see others are going, they are more likely to buy.

It is one of the simplest ways to add social proof to your event without any additional effort.

How it works

Once 10 or more tickets are sold, your event page automatically displays a list of attendees. Each attendee is shown by first name and profile photo only. No profile links, no additional personal information.

The list also appears in the YourKind discovery feed, giving your event extra visibility to people browsing for things to do.

Privacy

Attendees can opt out of appearing on the list at any time via their privacy settings. Only first name and photo are ever displayed.

How to turn Attendee Lists on or off

You control whether Attendee Lists appears on your event.

To enable or disable when creating a new event:

  1. Log in to your YourKind Dashboard

  2. Create or edit your event

  3. Navigate to Advanced Settings

  4. Toggle Attendee Lists on or off

ℹ️ Note:

You can update this setting on any existing event at any time.

When does the list appear?

Attendee Lists activates automatically once your event reaches 10 ticket sales. It will not display before this threshold.
