Memberships & Loyalty Programs

Create a membership or loyalty program for your brand, directly on YourKind.

Memberships let you build recurring relationships with your audience beyond the event. Whether it's a free loyalty program or a paid monthly subscription, you can create as many membership tiers as you need and fully control what each one includes.

Free or paid

Each membership can be set as free or as a recurring monthly subscription. Paid memberships are charged monthly in the currency of your choice. You can run both free and paid memberships at the same time across different tiers.


Membership Access & Inclusions

Members access their membership through the YourKind app, where they can view their membership card, see their inclusions, access their promo code, and manage or cancel their membership.

Each membership can include any number of manual inclusions. These are custom benefits you define yourself, such as exclusive access, priority entry, or member perks. You can update these at any time.


Automated inclusions

In addition to manual inclusions, you can toggle on the following automated inclusion(s):

(1) Monthly discounted ticket

  • Give members one discounted ticket per month, automatically. You set the discount percentage. This could be 50% off, 100% off, or anything in between. The discount is applied via a unique promo code that auto-renews each month and can be used against any ticket your brand has available on YourKind.


How to create a membership

  1. Log in to your YourKind Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Memberships in the left-hand menu

  3. Click Create Membership

  4. Set your membership name, price (or free), and currency

  5. Add your inclusions

  6. Toggle on any automated inclusions you want to include

  7. Publish your membership
