Recurring Events lets you create one event or experience with multiple scheduled sessions. Attendees land on a single page, pick a date, and choose their session time. You manage everything from one place.
How it works
When creating a recurring event, you set a schedule and define how often sessions repeat. You can run sessions daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, and add multiple time slots per day with the same or different durations.
Each session has its own capacity, set by you during event creation. By default, all sessions share the same ticket types and pricing as the main event. You can override this for individual sessions if needed.
How to create a recurring event
Log in to your YourKind Dashboard
Click Create Event
Select Recurring as the event type
Set your schedule, frequency, and session times
Configure your tickets, add-ons, and pricing as normal
Publish your event
Adding sessions after publishing
You can add new sessions to an existing recurring event at any time. Navigate to the event in your dashboard and click Add Session to create additional dates or time slots without affecting your existing schedule.
Managing your sessions
All sessions are visible in one overview on your dashboard, showing bookings and availability at a glance across your entire schedule.
You can edit individual sessions at any time to update ticket types, pricing, add-ons, or promo codes without affecting the rest of your schedule. You can also delete individual sessions independently.
Booking flow for attendees
Attendee lands on your event page
They select a date from the available schedule
If multiple time slots exist for that date, they select their preferred session time
They complete checkout as normal
