Payout Cap Structure

Understanding YRM Prop's Progressive Payout System

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

YRM Prop uses a progressive payout cap system that increases as you move through payout cycles. This rewards consistent performance while protecting the program’s sustainability.

  • Caps apply per payout (not cumulative).

  • Minimum payout request = $500 for all accounts.

  • Profits above the cap remain in your account for future withdrawals.

How the Cap System Works

  1. Progressive Increases → Each successful payout unlocks a higher cap.

  2. Independent per Account → Multiple accounts each follow their own payout track.

  3. Profit Retention → Anything above your cap stays in your account for future withdrawals.

  4. Reset After Each Payout → A new 10-trading-day cycle is required before your next request.

Examples

Example 1: $50K Account

  • Trader earns $2,200 profit in first 10-day cycle.

  • Cap on 1st payout = $1,500.

  • Trader requests $1,500 payout.

  • Remaining $700 stays in account and can be withdrawn later once cycle resets.

  • Next cycle → 2nd payout cap = $2,000.

Example 2: Multiple Accounts

  • Trader has three $150K accounts, all on their 4th+ payout cycle.

  • Cap per account = $6,000.

  • Combined potential withdrawal = $18,000 ($6,000 × 3).

  • Each account still needs to complete its own 10-day cycle before withdrawal.

Transition to Live Trading

  • Risk Management monitors your payouts and consistency.

  • You may be invited to a Live Account at any stage.

  • Live Accounts have no payout caps — you can withdraw profits freely once approved.

  • Additional KYC is required for Live status.

Key Takeaways

  • Minimum payout = $500.

  • Caps increase with each payout cycle.

  • Multiple accounts follow independent cap tracks.

  • Profits above cap remain in account for later.

  • Live trading = no caps once invited.
