Edit and Add Event Types and Pricing

Create new event (or session) types and customize pricing

Step 1 Enter the name of the session, package, or program type.

Step 2 Enter a description for your clients to review

Step 3 Enter the duration of the session in minutes (i.e. 1 hour = 60 minutes)

Step 4 Click on "continue" to create the session type and continue to customize the settings

Step 5 All rates will say "Free" by default. Click here to edit the rate and set a custom rate. Note: This will automatically sync with your rates under "rates" in your profile setup.

Step 6: Click the crayon to edit all the settings including custom forms, reminders and alerts, location of session, and more

Step 7 Event Setup will allow you to edit the title, description, duration, and location of the event type (session, package, program, etc)

Step 8 Pro tip: You can offer multiple locations or create multiple event types with different locations such as one virtual and one in-person event type

Step 9 Currently, availability that is displayed is the availability you set as default

Step 10 Limits will allow you to customize buffer time and so much more

Step 11 Easily edit minimum notice for this event. For example: When someone books this session, I want them to book and to be alerted at least 6 hours before.

Step 12 Limit booking frequency and do so much more to ensure proper alerts and specifications to this event type

Step 13 Add buffer time between your bookings here

Step 14 Click on advanced to create custom forms and continue editing settings

Step 15 Edit and add questions to the form for this event type (see our article on editing forms here)

Step 16 Toggle on and off to show or hide questions

Step 17 Require additional confirmation and set additional settings around notifications for last minute bookings

Step 18 Click Recurring to make this session type recurring. For example: this session type is a package of 4 sessions that repeat every two weeks for 4 times.

Step 19 Once you're ready, click save. Don't worry, you can always come back and edit these later

Step 20 Easily delete a session type if you need to
