How to Reactivate Autoreply Prospects in Zaplify

At Zaplify, we understand that prospects may be temporarily unavailable, often setting up auto-reply messages while out of the office. Our system automatically pauses outreach to these prospects to ensure a respectful and effective communication process. However, you have the ability to effortlessly restart communication when it's convenient, like after the summer vacation. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reactivate auto-replied prospects:

Step 1: Locate the Relevant Campaign

Begin by selecting the campaign where you'd like to identify and reactivate auto-replied prospects.

Step 2: Access Finished Prospects

Next, navigate to the "Finished Prospects" section and select the small arrow to filter prospects based on their finishing reason.

Step 3: Filter for "Autoreplies"

Within the filter options, ensure that only "Autoreplies" is selected, and then click "Apply." You will now see a list of prospects who were marked as finished due to auto-replies

Step 4: Reactivate

Find the "Finished" button on the right. Click on it and choose "Reactivate."

Step 5: Continue the Workflow

With the click of a button, your workflow will seamlessly continue from where it left off, providing your prospects with the opportunity to respond to your next message.
