Can I change the email address for the started campaigns?
It is not possible to change email for a campaign after the campaign has been started. The reason is that Zaplify needs your old email address to track replies. Zaplify would not be able to track replies on emails sent from your old account, by using the new account.
Recommended workaround
Configure your new email account, and then copy your old ongoing campaigns
Move all queued prospects from the old campaigns to the new campaigns
Let the active prospects in the old campaigns (with the old email address) finish
