Q: Why are my prospects queued?

A: Queued Prospects are prospects that you have launched into a campaign and are waiting to become Active. No action is required on your side and Zaplify will start these prospects automatically over time. This is done to throttle your outreach to not execute too many actions per day. If you want Zaplify to start prospects faster, you can extend the schedule for your campaign so it runs for a longer time during your campaign days. We recommend at least four hours of outreach per day across all your campaigns.
