Account Security
The security of your earnings and your information are a top priority at ZayZoon.
To ensure that your money is safe, there are regular security checks. If a security risk has been detected, your account will automatically be disabled to keep your funds safe.
A few examples of security risks are:
Frequent login attempts from unknown devices or locations
Use of expired or fake identification documents
repeated attempts to take payouts from an unidentified user
requests to change personal login information
Enable your Account
To re-enable your account, you'll need to verify your identity by submitting a security selfie for review to a live agent of the ZayZoon Customer Care team.
Before starting, ensure you have a valid government-issued photo ID, a piece of paper with today’s date written on it (or a receipt with today's date), and a working camera.
You can message our team easily through the chat in the ZayZoon app.
Taking a Security Selfie
The chat bubble will provide prompts asking you to verify your identity with a security selfie: a selfie of you holding both your current valid photo ID and a piece of paper with today's date.
Your selfie must include all three in the same photo to be accepted:
your face
your photo ID (must be clearly shown and easy to read)
a piece of paper with today's date
Blurry, covered, edited, or altered images will not be accepted. If your uploaded file is blurry or edited, retake the selfie ensuring clear visibility of all required elements and avoid any alterations.
To attach your image, you can drag and drop the image into your chat or click the attachment icon.
Depending on the reason your account has been disabled, you may be asked to submit additional information to re-enable your account.
