How to re-enable or reactivate your disabled account by verifying your identity

The security of your earnings and your information are a top priority at ZayZoon.

To ensure that your money is safe, there are regular security checks. If a security risk has been detected, your account will automatically be disabled to keep your funds safe. If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on your account, it may be temporarily disabled to protect your funds.

Enable your Account

To regain access, you’ll need to verify your identity or confirm your employment. Depending on the reason your account has been disabled, you may be asked to submit additional information to re-enable your account.

For certain accounts, you'll be able to click "Verify my identity" to be taken to a secure verification process. This should only take a couple minutes. Once successful, your account will automatically be updated.

If the button is not available, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team through chat in the ZayZoon app or through email at support@zayzoon.com.

To attach your image, you can drag and drop the image into your chat or click the attachment icon. Ensure that your image is clear and unaltered; avoid blurry, cropped, or edited photos when attaching files to the ZayZoon chat.

This may include submitting a photo of yourself along with valid identification and a dated document to a live member of our ZayZoon team. Our team will review your submission and guide you through any additional steps if needed.
