Your available balance can update daily, after shifts, or on payday—depending on your account type and data sync timing.

Here's what to expect, based on how you're paid.

Available Balance Updates

Salaried employees

Your balance increases everyday through a Daily Balance Increase — an estimated portion of your average net daily wage.

Hourly/Contract employees

Depending on your account type, you may receive a Daily Balance Increase, or your balance will update when attendance data is received (Shift/Hours worked).

Attendance data can take up to 2 business days to fully sync with ZayZoon. For example, hours worked Friday may not appear until Tuesday.

If shifts appear missing or incorrect, your balace will typically update once data has fully synced.

Tip: Plan ahead for weekends and holidays!

Take larger payouts during the week or save some available balance to cover non-business days expenses.

Payout Availability

You can take one payout per day. Payouts resetting each day at 12:00am Eastern Time.

Need another? Check back after midnight ET.

Repayments on Payday

Your paycheck data usually syncs with ZayZoon on payday, though it may take up to 1 business day to appear in your account.

On payday:

  • Your activity page will update your repayments

  • Your average daily/hourly rate will be recalculated

  • Your average daily/hourly rate may increase or decrease based on your latest earnings

If a repayment deduction was duplicated or higher than expected, ZayZoon will automatically issue a refund credit within 48 hours.

If it has been more than 48 hours, contact us through chat in the ZayZoon app.
