Payout Days
ZayZoon operates on the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and days for payout reset at 12:00am Eastern Time.
If you've made a payout already, wait until 12:00am Eastern time the next day to take a new payout.
Available Wages
Salaried Employees
In general, your available wages increase daily by a fixed amount (a portion of your average daily net earnings from the last few pay periods, divided by days worked).
Hourly Employees or Indendent Contractors.
Your account increases daily by the average hours worked per day multiplied by the average net hourly rate (based on your historic payroll data).
*Some accounts have their attendances sent in daily through payroll, which means their ZayZoon available balance increases within 48 hours of working a shift. For these accounts, the available wage increase can vary per shift.
If your balance increases by a variable amount after shifts, if you notice missing or incorrect hours that last longer than two days since your shift ended, contact a live ZayZoon agent via chat with your supporting documentation for manual review.
Repayments
The ZayZoon app will receive repayment data on pay day or on the day after pay day.
As the system is receiving data from payroll providers across different time zones, it can take 1-2 business days to confirm a repayment.
