Payout Days
ZayZoon operates on the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and days for payout reset at 12:00am Eastern Time.
If you've made a payout already, wait until 12:00am Eastern time the next day to take a new payout.
Available Wages
Salaried Employees
Your available wages will update daily. The increase of your available wages is calculated on an average daily increase based on a percentage of your past net earnings (take-home pay)
Hourly Employees or Indendent Contractors.
Your account refreshes with payroll data daily, but your available wages will update once ZayZoon receives updates on the hours/shifts worked.
As the system is receiving data from payroll providers across different time zones, there can occasionally be a delay of up to 1 business day for attendance data.
If you notice missing or incorrect hours and it has been more than two days since your shift ended, contact a live ZayZoon agent via chat or email with your supporting documentation for manual review.
Repayments
The ZayZoon app will receive repayment data on pay day or on the day after pay day.
As the system is receiving data from payroll providers across different time zones, it can take 1-2 business days to confirm a repayment.
