What does Unreconciled mean?
When a payout or repayment shows as unreconciled, that means there is an issue processing funds in the system.
Unreconciled Payout
An unreconciled payout means there was an issue during processing and the system is looking for data to confirm if the funds were sent or not. There is a delay confirming the status of funds, but it will usually resolve on its own.
In most cases, your payout will be processed within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, the transaction will be cancelled and you'll be able to try taking a new payout. Check back in the ZayZoon app periodically for status updates.
Unreconciled Repayments
An unreconciled repayment means that our system has not received payroll data confirming the repayment amount has been deducted from your pay. There is a delay in confirming the status of funds, but it will usually resolve on its own.
