Unreconciled Repayments and Advances

What Does Unreconciled Mean?

When an advance or repayment shows as unreconciled, that means there is an issue with the processing of the funds by the system.

Unreconciled Advances

When your advance shows as unreconciled, it means there was an issue during processing and the system is trying to confirm if the funds were sent or not. In most cases, the funds should go through and you will see the funds have either been disbursed, or the transaction will be canceled and you can resubmit the request at that time.

Unreconciled Repayments

When your repayment shows as unreconciled, it means that our system has not received the funds or the report from your payroll provider so we are unable to confirm that the amount has been deducted from your pay.
