Where Is My Money? Why didn't I get my payout?

I requested funds, but I didn't get anything. Why not?

Checking your ZayZoon dashboard is the best place to start. Your on-demand payment may have failed to disperse, been canceled or generally didn’t go through. If you payout says "cancelled" the funds have been returned to your Wages Available and you can request another payout. Your dashboard will have more information and you can reach out to support anytime if you need further assistance.

Please keep in mind, if your payout says “dispersed” this means it is on its way to you and also don’t forget that there are estimated dispersal timeframes for when you can expect to receive the funds.

  • Debit Card Wallets have an estimated dispersal timeframe of 1-2 hours.

  • Bank Account Wallets have an estimated dispersal timeframe of 1-2 business days.

  • With new and exciting Boost Wallets dispersals are sent instantly via email as soon as your payout is approved and then in most cases, you can expect to receive an email within 5 minutes, however, it may take up to two hours depending on the gift card retailer.
