Where is my money? Why didn't I get my payout?

Your ZayZoon home page or My Balance page can help you better understand where your payout is based on the Payout Status.

Payout Status

What it means

Disbursed

The funds have been received by the institution/wallet. This is an estimated time frame.

Check out this article to know when you can expect to receive your funds.

Disbursal Pending

Your payout request is being reviewed. This may include review of your Proof of Work documents to confirm your continued employment.

Most Proof-of-Work documents will be approved within the hour, but can take up to 12 hours if submitted outside operating hours.

Disbursal Failed*

The transaction was unsuccessful and the funds could not be deposited to the desired Wallet.

Most failed disbursals are cancelled within the hour but can take up to 12 hours. You can request another payout once the transaction has been cancelled.

Cancelled

There was an issue in processing your payout request, so the transaction was cancelled. The funds were returned to your Wages Available.

You can request another payout once the transaction has been cancelled.

Unreconciled*

There was an issue processing your request. The system is unable to confirm whether the funds have gone through.

In most cases, the payout will be cancelled. You can try again once the payout has been cancelled.

*If your payout status has been failed or unreconciled for more than 24 hours, please contact ZayZoon Support through chat or email at support@zayzoon.com.
