ZayZoon uses your recent earnings to calculate the amount of Wages On-Demand to make available to you. If you see that your earnings are out of date, it means we have either; not received an update from your employer or you did not have earnings in the last pay period. You will not be able to access a payout if your earnings are out of date.

The first thing you can do is check your most recent paystub. If your earnings don't match your ZayZoon Dashboard, please try logging out of your account and logging back in. If that doesn't do the trick, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for further assistance with your paystub. We can be reached by Live Chat or Email.
