ZayZoon uses your recent earnings to calculate the amount of wages to make available to you.
If you see that your earnings are out of date, this means ZayZoon has not received the payroll data about your recent earnings.
This can be due to a variety of reasons:
you did not work or earn wages in the last pay period
you took paid time off (leave or vacation) in the last pay period
there is a possible technical issue or service outage
the payroll data may have been sent after ZayZoon's most recent update.
Please note that paid time off, bonuses, and supplemental earnings are not included calculation of available wages.
You will not be able to access a payout if your earnings are out of date. The system can't tell when your next earnings will arrive, so it has temporarily disabled your account to prevent too many deductions.
Try refreshing your app. There may be a delay of one business day to receive earnings data.
If your My Balance shows Hours accessible and your earnings are out of date for more than 48 hours, reach out to a live member of our ZayZoon Support Team with a Proof of Work document via chat.
