How can I check my gift card balance?
You can check the balance of your virtual gift cards directly with the retailer - simply search for the retailer’s gift card online balance check, or contact the retailer by phone.
Please only use verified websites to check gift card balances. Never input your credentials into a third-party website not affiliated with the retailer.
How do I use my Instant Gift Card wallet?
To use your Instant Gift Card wallet, request a payout, select Instant Gift Card as your wallet, then select from a wide range of gift cards.
Complete your payout and receive your virtual gift card by email within minutes. Note that your wait time may be longer if you are prompted to submit a Proof of Work document.
What do I have to pay back for Instant Gift Cards?
You don’t have to pay back the bonus amount (only the amount requested), which means you get more spending power with the ZayZoon Instant Gift Card wallet!
On your next pay date, your repayment will automatically come out of your paycheck for the amount you requested.
For example, let's say you request a payout of $200 for your Instant Gift Card wallet:
You choose a $200 Target gift card with a 10% bonus (an additional $20)
You receive a $220 virtual Target gift card instantly by email.
$200 will automatically be deducted from your next paycheck/settlement on pay day. This means you got an extra $20 to spend at Target!
Why is the Instant Gift Card amount different than the payout I requested?
Some retailers only offer gift cards in specific increments (e.g. $20, 50, $100).
In these cases, your payout amount will be adjusted so your gift card value is closest to amount you selected. Your repayment amount will automatically be adjusted as well.
For example, let’s say you select a $100 payout and choose a gift card with a $10 Boost:

Why didn't I receive my Instant Gift Card?
Here are some troubleshooting steps if you have not yet received your Instant Giftcard:
Check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from Prizeout.
Make sure Prizeout is not a blocked sender in your email settings.
Wait a couple of hours (certain retailers have longer wait times).
If you're waiting for Proof of Work approval, wait for the next day.
If you're still unable to find the Gift Card, contact the Prizeout Help Center.
Why can't I claim or redeem my Instant Gift Card?
If you have any issues claiming your virtual gift card or redeeming it at the selected retail partner, contact the Prizeout Help Center.
Why is my Instant Gift Card expired?
US Federal Law dictates that gift cards cannot expire within 5 years from the date of purchase. For more information on specific gift cards, reach out to the retailer’s support team.
Will my Instant Gift Card expire?

Can I give virtual gift cards to someone else?
No, Gift cards cannot be transferred for value or resold to another person.

Can I use Instant Gift Cards and take a regular payout/ take multiple Instant Gift Card payouts on the same day?
No, Instant Gift Card payouts work the same as all other payouts. Customers can take one payout per day up to a maximum of $200 per payout.
If you have already taken a payout today and would like to request another, check back in tomorrow.
Can I cancel, refund, or exchange my Instant Gift Card payout?
Instant Gift Cards are non-refundable. Once your Instant Gift Card payout is approved, we are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange the payout.
