How do repayments work?
Repayment happens automatically on payday! The payouts you've taken are sent to payroll and the deductions are processed by payroll on your payday.
Your available balance in the ZayZoon app will automatically update once we receive your repayment data on payday.
*Generally, when you take a payout, you can expect the repayment deduction to be taken from your paycheck on the upcoming pay date.
Can you change or move repayments to the next paycheck?
ZayZoon aims to make repayments seamless and automatic so you can have flexibility without the stress of repayments.
As repayment calculations are done automatically by the system and payroll, ZayZoon cannot change when repayments are made (or how much is deducted from a paycheck).
Rest assured you'll still have a good amount on payday, as ZayZoon only provides access to a portion of your earnings.
Can I make payment arrangements or an installment plan?
ZayZoon only offers access to your earned wages - we don't offer loans, so we cannot accommodate repayment or installment requests. This allow us to provide access to your wages without interest and without affecting your credit!
However, if your account is Overdue, you may be able to repay the Overdue amount in partial or lump sum amounts.
