Log in from the mobile app
To log in from the ZayZoon mobile app:
Download and open the ZayZoon app:
Get it on Google Play or Download it on the App Store for iOS.
Enter the email address and password for your account.
Verify your identity with a One-TIme Passcode.
Log out from the mobile app
To log out from the ZayZoon mobile app:
Click on the 3 dots in the bottom right corner labelled More.
Select Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and click Logout.
Log in from a web browser
Log in on the desktop site or through a web browser by following the steps below:
Go to www.zayzoon.com.
Click Login in the top right corner of the page.
Enter the email address and password for your account.
Press enter or click Sign In.
Verify your identity through a One-TIme Passcode.
Log out from a web browser
If you're already signed in to your account on the web browser and are trying to log out:
Click on your initials in the top right corner of the web page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Log out.
To protect the security of your account, you can easily log out of your account, but you'll also be automatically logged out after a certain period of time.
