Note: To sign up for a ZayZoon account, your employer must offer ZayZoon as a benefit.
Prepare to sign up
When signing up for a ZayZoon account, you'll need:
a working email address
a working phone number
the name of your employer and/or payroll provider
Examples: paystub, time sheet, shift schedule
You can then follow the prompts on our app or desktop to sign up. Here's a quick walk-through of what the app and website will prompt you for.
1. Create your account
Go to ZayZoon through the mobile app or desktop site.
Mobile: Get it on Google Play or Download it on the App Store for iOS.
Desktop: Click here from a browser on your computer.
Provide a working email address. We recommend using your personal email address so you can continue to access ZayZoon even if you change employers.
Create a password.
2. Verify your email and phone number
To keep your money secure, do not use a phone number or email is shared with anyone else.
Verify your email address by clicking the email from support@a.zayzoon.com.
Verify your phone number by entering the one-time passcode sent by text.

3. Connect to your payroll system
ZayZoon connects to your payroll system to receive your earnings and automatically process repayments of your payouts.
Enter your employer name as it appears on your paystub.

4. Add your personal security information
Add other personal information to protect the security of your account.
5. Verify your identity
Submit a clear photo of your government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
To help verify your identity the first time around, make sure your photo has:
no shadows, glares, or covered edges
a plain background behind your ID
all the information is clear and easy to read (not blurry or covered)
the photo of your face is visible and identifiable

6. Add your Wallet(s)
Add a wallet where you want to receive your payout. You can choose from up to 6 different types of wallets.
