Why are my hours/shifts missing or incorrect?

How do I update or correct missing or incorrect hours in ZayZoon?

For most accounts, your available wages increase daily by a fixed amount (a portion of your average daily net earnings from the last few pay periods).

For certain accounts, ZayZoon receives earnings data daily from your payroll provider, which means your available wages increase 24-48 hours after you've worked a shift. You can tell if this applies to your account if your My Balance page shows Hours Accessible.

Why are my hours missing or incorrect?

If your wages increase based on your hours, note that differences in the current pay period will usually correct themselves in 24-48 hours.

Some reasons for missing incorrect hours can be:

  • Corrections were not completed at the time of the data transfer.

  • One or some punches were missed.

  • You took vacation, sick time, or other paid time off (not included in available wages).

A discrepancy in your hours reported to ZayZoon is not a major cause for concern as long as your hours are correct in your payroll system.

You may need to refresh your page or wait up to 48 hours for the payroll data to be processed.



Can ZayZoon help correct missing or incorrect hours?

Note that ZayZoon cannot correct missing or incorrect shifts from previous pay periods. For those corrections, please contact your employer or payroll administrator.

Differences in the current pay period will usually correct themselves in 24-48 hours.

If your wages increase based on hours and it has been more than 48 hours, please contact a live agent via chat or at support@zayzoon.com with a Proof of Work document for review.
