Shifts/Hours Worked
If your My Balance shows Shift/Hours worked for balance increases, your account updates when ZayZoon receives your attendance data.
Attendance data can take up to 2 business days to fully sync with ZayZoon. For example, hours worked Friday may not appear until Tuesday.
If shifts appear missing or incorrect, your balance will typically update once data has fully synced.
Why are my hours missing or incorrect?
Missing or incorrect hours are typically updated within 2 business days, once data has fully synced.
Some reasons for missing or incorrect hours can be:
Data has not yet been sent to ZayZoon
Corrections were not completed at the time of the data transfer
One or some punches were missed
You took vacation, sick time, or other paid time off (not included in available balance)
You may need to refresh your page or wait up to two business days for the payroll data to be processed and sent to ZayZoon.
Can ZayZoon help correct missing or incorrect hours?
Note that ZayZoon cannot correct missing or incorrect shifts from previous pay periods. For those corrections, please contact your employer or payroll administrator.

If more than 2 business days have passed since your last shift, send proof of your unpaid hours to our team for review.
