I'm stuck or receiving an error code during sign up. How do I fix this?

Try the troubleshooting steps for some error codes that might appear when signing up for ZayZoon.

If the error persists or you are receiving a code not listed here, please contact the ZayZoon Team through chat or email at support@zayzoon.com.


Be sure to provide your employer details and describe the error you're experiencing.

Potential security concerns.

Contact a live ZayZoon agent via chat and prepare your ID documents for manual verification.

R10001

Problem finding account.

Make sure all your information is correct and matches your employer/payroll records.

R10002

Problem with account details. Account has already been registered.

Refer to your emails to see which email you used to sign up and try these steps.

R10003

Problem with account details.

Try signing out and back in. If the problem persists after 24 hours, or contact the ZayZoon Team.

R10004

Problem with the login credentials.

Invalid username or password. Refer to your emails to see which email you used to sign up and try these steps.

R10005

Problem connecting to payroll provider.

Contact a live agent via chat or email.

R20001

Problem with phone number provided.

Use a different phone number or contact the ZayZoon Team.

401 Error

Possible connection issue.

Refresh your app or browser. If the issue persists, contact us with a screenshot of the error and your employer info.
