I have to update my Email Address

Keeping your email address and password updated to protect your ZayZoon account

It's highly important to keep your email address and password updated on your ZayZoon account. Doing so will ensure your account information and money are safe from unwanted access to your account.

To update your personal information on your ZayZoon account, log in to your account and head to the Profile icon in the top right corner. There you can update your email address password, address, and phone number.

I have to reset my Password

If you do not remember your password, go to the main login page and click on "Forgot your password?".

You will need access to the email address on your account to receive the password reset email that is sent to you.

I have to update my Email Address

If you have changed your phone number and are not able to receive your One-time Passcode, please have your code sent to your email address. If you do not have access to your email account, please reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance. In chat select "Logging into ZayZoon" > "Login inquiry". Please have your ID ready for verification.

It is important to update your personal information regularly to ensure your account remains secure. To ensure added protection to your account, always keep your login information up-to-date.
