How do I update my address?
If you've changed addresses, you'll need to contact your employer to update the address in your payroll file. We're unable to change your address for you.
Once it's received through payroll, your ZayZoon app will update - this can take 1-2 business days.
How do I update my employer/payroll provider?
ZayZoon is offered through your employer and payroll provider, so if you:
Changed jobs or left your employer
Started at a new location (with the same employer)
Changed payroll providers
Your account may be temporarily be unavailable while we connect to payroll. The system will update once connected to payroll, but you can always check with our team to make sure the update is on the way.
If you have a new job, payroll provider, or work location, provide a recent copy of your paystub to our team through the chat in the ZayZoon app.
Our team is online:
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. MST
Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST
Our 24/7 virtual assistant won't be able to update your account for you, but our human team is happy to help you connect!
How do I update my repayment amounts or dates?
ZayZoon cannot change when repayments are made (or how much is deducted from a paycheck) as we never handle your paycheck directly.
When you take a payout, ZayZoon informs your payroll that an advance was taken. Your payroll provider will then process repayments according to their own processing schedules.
Each provider has their own processing schedules and cut-off dates (dates when they no longer process repayments for a pay period), which is why your account shows an estimated 'On or Before' pay date. Exact payroll timing is up to your payroll provider, so refer to your paystub for exact amounts.
