Welcome to ZayZoon!

You have been notified by your employer that you have Earned Wage Access and you are trying to sign up for ZayZoon. If you are not able to connect right away, you may be experiencing these common errors. We can explain how to correct them.

Registering Your ZayZoon Account

The first step to creating a ZayZoon account is to register with your email address, create a password, enter your full name, and verify your phone number and email address.

The name you enter when you register has to match the name that your payroll has, which is displayed on your official pay stub. If you have entered your name differently you will not be able to connect it and will need to reach out to the Customer Care team to update your name. Please have your photo ID and paystub ready when you reach out.

Confirming Your Phone Number and Email

ZayZoon uses a highly secure platform to keep your information and money safe. To do this, we use Multi-Factor Authentication. Verifying your phone number and keeping your phone number up-to-date is very important for your account's security. If you are having issues receiving your phone verification code, please review this article for further troubleshooting steps. You will be asked to verify both your phone number and your email address. Please do not use a phone number or email that belongs to or is shared with anyone else.

Connecting to Payroll

ZayZoon connects to your payroll system to transfer information about your earnings and to process the repayment when you access payouts. Your employer must be partnered with ZayZoon for you to be able to use Earned Wage Access.

When entering your employer information on the Connect Payroll screen, please enter the company name as it appears on your pay stub. For example, if you work at McDonalds, the company that manages your restaurant may be called ABC Inc. Enter ABC Inc. as your company for a better chance of connecting to the correct payroll provider.

If you believe you have connected to the wrong payroll, please reach out to our Customer Care team to let them know and provide your pay stub or the name of your company so they can search for you.
