When you sign up for Zeeg, you automatically get a 14-day free trial of the Business plan — no credit card required. This gives you full access to all Business features in your workspace so you can explore everything Zeeg has to offer before committing to a paid subscription. After the trial ends, if you don’t purchase any plan, your account is automatically moved to the Starter plan, which is free forever.
The free trial (as well as the pricing plan you choose) applies per workspace.

How to check your trial status
You can see how many days are left in your trial directly in the bottom-left corner of your Zeeg dashboard — if you still have the trial, the app will display a banner showing your current plan and remaining trial days:

How to upgrade to a paid plan
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during your trial — you don't have to wait for the 14 days to end.
Click the Upgrade now button in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard, or go to Settings → Subscription
Select Monthly or Annual billing (annual saves 20%), and choose your plan: Professional, Business, Scale, or Enterprise and click on Upgrade (or on Contact us in case you want Enterprise features)
Enter your billing details and complete the checkout
What happens when the trial ends?
When your 14-day trial period is over, your workspace is automatically downgraded to the Starter plan, unless you sign up for a new plan (which you can do before or after the trial ends).
You don't need to do anything — and you will not be charged automatically, because no credit card is required to start the trial.
Your data is safe. Contacts, scheduling pages, meetings, and CRM records are preserved. However, features that are exclusive to paid plans (such as workflows, round-robin booking, routing forms, or custom objects you've created) will no longer be accessible until you upgrade.

How to stay on the free plan
You don't need to do anything. After your 14-day trial, your account automatically moves to the Starter plan. There is no cancellation step and no risk of unexpected charges.
If you decide later that you want access to paid features, you can upgrade at any time from Settings → Subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged automatically when my trial ends? No. Zeeg does not require a credit card to start the trial. You will only be charged if you actively choose a paid plan and enter your payment details.
Will my data be deleted after the trial? No. Your data — contacts, scheduling pages, and CRM records — is preserved. Paid-only features will become inaccessible, but your data remains intact.
Can I skip the trial and go directly to a paid plan? Yes. At any point after signing up, you can click Upgrade now and subscribe to the plan of your choice without waiting for the trial period to end.
How do I know which plan I'm currently on? Go to Settings → Subscription in your Zeeg dashboard. It will clearly show your current plan and, if you are still in trial, the number of days remaining.
