If you have joined a video session using Safari and are unable to hear, speak, or see the other participants, check out the instructions below to avoid this issue in the future.
Safari Settings:
- To change your Browser Settings, navigate to the Zoee website using Safari on your desktop. 
- Click the Safari tab on the top the screen. - Click on Settings. 
 
- A pop-up window will appear with the Setting Options, Click on the Website tab. - Click the Auto-Play option on the sidebar. 
- Select "Stop Media with Sound" from the drop-down menu under Currently Open Websites. 
 
- Once you join your Session, click the Microphone icon. - Make sure to Allow "Zoee.com" to use your microphone. 
 
- Repeat step 4 for the Camera icon. 
- Lastly, if you are still having audio or video issues try leaving the meeting and Re-join.
