What Changes When You Convert
Two things, and only two. Your drawdown starts trailing intraday instead of at the close, and you can't trade from 5 minutes before until 5 minutes after a Tier 1 news release. Everything else gets easier: the consistency rule is removed, and you can request a payout every day.
Intraday Trailing Drawdown
Your Max Loss Limit follows your highest equity point in real time, including unrealized profit. Full mechanics and worked examples in 10FOUR DAILY (Intraday) Account Drawdown.
No Daily Loss Limit
There is no daily loss limit on a funded Daily account. Nothing pauses you mid-session — the Max Loss Limit is the only hard line.
No Consistency Rule
The 50% consistency rule from the evaluation disappears once you are funded.
Payouts
Daily, once your buffer is built. See 10FOUR DAILY (Intraday) Account Payout Objectives.
Account Maintenance
A minimum of 1 trade per 30 days is required to keep a funded account active.
Account Limits
A funded Daily Intraday account counts toward the standard limit of 3 funded accounts per person and per household, across all account types combined. If you already hold 3 funded accounts of any type, you cannot add a Daily Intraday account until one is closed.
Breached Funded Accounts
A funded account that reaches its Max Loss Limit is closed permanently. There is no reset on Daily Intraday.
What Is Not Allowed
Trading from 5 minutes before until 5 minutes after a Tier 1 news release
Reaching the intraday Max Loss Limit, or the locked limit once you have passed the buffer
Exceeding contract limits
Holding positions past 4:45 PM ET — any position still open is closed automatically, and fills may be poor
Holding opposite positions on the same instrument simultaneously — including across different accounts
Holding mini and micro contracts within the same account simultaneously (a 10-second grace period applies to resolve accidental conflicts)
Letting anyone else trade your account, or trading on someone else's behalf
Copy trading from external sources (accounts you don't own) or signal services
HFT bots or automated strategies not solely owned by you
Latency arbitrage, spoofing, or platform manipulation
What Is Allowed
Scalping, subject to the microscalping rule
Holding positions through the session, within the intraday drawdown
Copy trading from personally owned accounts
