Creating a new Incident, or editing an existing Incident via the Web Portal now uses the same UI (look and feel) as our Mobile App.

Schedule your 'Inactive Incident Notification' for selected days of the week; Our updated Health & Safety Settings page now allows you to schedule this notification for selected days of the week (rather than 7 days per week only). If an Incident has not been updated / edited in the last [5] days, an email will be sent to the Centre's inbox.

New Checklist Question Types; we have added new Question Types to our Checklist Builder. The 'Time' and 'Photo' Question Types previously only existed in our Health & Safety Module, and the 'Formula' is completely new.

'Time' Question Type; a new Question Type where the answer is time only, instead of date + time.
​'Photo' Question Type; a new Question Type where Users can draw on an image that is uploaded in the Template.
​'Formula' Question Type; a new Question Type where the answer to 2 previous Questions will determine the answer for a 3rd Question. An example here is that the 'Risk Score' will be calculated based on the answer to 'Likelihood' and 'Consequence'.

Profile Users with access to build new Checklist Templates can now select any existing Profile to get access.

Client API updates for the Incident, Ticket and Hazard endpoints. When these items are created for a 'Room', the API will now also return 'Centre' data.

Client API updates for the Schedule-Summary endpoint. We have added the 'until' parameter to prevent future Checklist Schedule events being imported in your BI Reporting.

Checklist Group Metrics Dashboard bug has been fixed for templates that start with non-scoring Questions.

Settings > Aliases & Customise Labels have been updated to the REACT Framework.
