✨New Feature

Control Favorites and Email Options Per Template

Who should read: Super Users

What's new: You can now choose whether to show or hide the "Add to Favorites" and "Send Email" options for each individual checklist template.

Why it matters: Customize which features are visible to end users on a template-by-template basis, creating cleaner, more streamlined workflows tailored to each checklist's purpose.

View Only Access to Checklist Templates

Who should read: Super Users

What's new: You can now set specific user groups to have view-only access to checklist templates. Previously, everyone with access could complete and modify checklists - now you have granular control over who can view versus who can edit.

Why it matters: Allow visibility for oversight without editing rights, and better control over who can complete checklists. This prevents users from accidentally starting or modifying checklists when the completion responsibility sits with someone else in your organization.

Set up per template basis - Select which profiles should have view access, complete checklist access, etc. (Checklists > Template > ⋮≡ > Settings > PDF Report)

Set up per profile basis - Select which checklist templates users under the profile should have view access, complete checklist access, etc. (Settings > Profile > Checklist Permissions)

Survey Name reflects as Checklist Name on Register

Who should read: Super Users

What's new: Customized Survey Names now appear as Checklist Names on the Checklist Register. This means your Survey Name can now be selected as the title of your Checklist PDF report.

Why it matters: More flexible and customizable checklist functionality, tailored to each survey's purpose.

When printed in PDF:
Note: PDF Layout needs to be configured to reflect 'Checklist Name' as a title.
