If you received an email notification that your scheduled campaign failed, or if your campaign status displays as "Sent" but shows 0 gifts under the Gifts Sent column, your campaign was likely paused due to a billing or payment authorization issue.
Common Causes for Campaign Failures
Campaigns are automatically held when payment cannot be processed. The most common reasons include:
Credit Card Issues:
Insufficient funds or credit line available.
The campaign total exceeds your card's single-transaction or monthly limit.
Your bank flagged the charge as automated/suspicious and declined payment.
Account Balance & Credit Limit Issues:
Your Account Balance has insufficient funds to cover the campaign total + tax/shipping buffer.
Your account has reached its monthly credit line limit (for Pay by Invoice or Purchase Order methods).
Next Step: Contact your AP/Finance team or credit card issuer to clear the charge or add funds to your account before re-triggering the campaign.
How to Re-Trigger Your Campaign
Once your payment method or account balance has been updated and cleared, follow these steps to send your gifts immediately:
Navigate to the Campaigns tab in your dashboard.
Find your failed campaign, click the three dots icon (
⋮), and select Edit.On the Gift Settings step, scroll down to the schedule options and select Send Now
Select Review & Send to process your gifts
