I entered the wrong email address or phone number and sent a gift - how do I fix it?

Follow the instructions to update an email address for a gift that was already sent.

If you've accidentally entered an email address incorrectly and sent a gift, you can easily resend a gift to the correct address by following these steps.

Expire the Gift

  • Go to the Track page

  • Find the gift you'd like to expire, and select the open checkbox

  • Select Expire

Edit the Email Address

Next, let's update the Recipient email:

  • Click on the Settings icon > Recipients

  • Select Manually Added

  • Search for the Recipient

  • Hover over the name and select Edit

  • Adjust the email

Resend the Gift

  • Click the Campaigns tab > Sent

  • Find the campaign you originally sent the gift from

  • Select Send More

  • Type in the Recipient's name (See below: Add recipients from your list)

  • Send!
