The Gratitude Wall is a real-time feed inside your Snappy dashboard that collects and displays thank-you notes sent by gift recipients.
Visibility: See real-time reactions and notes as recipients claim their gifts.
Sentiment Tracking: Discover which campaign types and gift collections resonate best with your team.
Culture Building: Share engagement metrics and positive feedback with leadership or external stakeholders.
Accessing & Navigating Your Feed
To open your wall, log in to your dashboard and go to Track → Gratitude Wall.
Live Feed: Browse individual tiles displaying the recipient's name, message, and date received.
Gift Preview: Click any thank-you note to reveal the exact item or card the recipient selected.
Filters: Sort notes by Campaign, Date Range, or Note Length (Newest, Oldest, Longest, or Shortest).
Sharing a Public Gratitude Wall
Generate a public "Snapshot" link to share company-wide or present during team meetings:
Click the Share icon in the top-right corner of the Gratitude Wall.
Toggle on Public Wall Sharing.
Click Generate Link and copy it to your clipboard.
Privacy Note: Recipient names are automatically hidden on public links to safeguard employee privacy, though note contents remain visible. Review your wall before sharing links externally.

Can I reply directly to a thank-you note from the wall?
Not directly within the platform. We recommend sending a quick message via email, Slack, or MS Teams to keep the connection going!
Do my dashboard filters affect the public shareable link?
No. Public links display a complete snapshot of all notes on the wall; dashboard filter selections do not alter the public link view.
