What is the Gratitude Wall?
The Gratitude Wall is a live feed on your Snappy dashboard that displays thank-you messages from your gift recipients. It provides a real-time look at the positive impact your gifting program is having on your company culture.

How to Access & Navigate
To view your wall, log into the Dashboard and navigate to: Manage → Gratitude Wall.
Key Navigation Tools:
Live Feed: View individual tiles featuring the recipient's name, their message, and the date received.
Gift Preview: Click any note to see exactly which gift the recipient chose!
Filters: Sort your wall by specific Campaigns, Date Ranges, or Note Length (Newest, Oldest, Longest, or Shortest).
Sharing the Joy (Public Wall)
Want to showcase the success of your gifting program to the whole company? You can generate a shareable "Snapshot" link of your wall.
Click the Share button in the top right corner of the Gratitude Wall.
Toggle on Public Wall Sharing.
Click Generate Link and Copy to Clipboard.
🔒 Privacy Note: By default, recipient names are hidden on the public link to protect privacy, but the content of the note is visible. We recommend reviewing your wall for any sensitive information before sharing the link externally.

Access is restricted to designated Snappy Dashboard Admins and Managers within your workspace.
Can I reply to a thank-you note?
There is no direct "reply" button on the wall, but we encourage you to reach out personally to recipients to keep the conversation going!
Do filters apply to the public shareable link?
No. The public link shows a snapshot of the entire wall. Any filters you apply in your private dashboard will not change what is visible on the shareable link.
