Managing Company Settings

Configure global brand identity, set up sub-accounts for individual teams, and establish default campaign settings to ensure consistency across your organization.

Global Company Settings

Your core company details determine how your brand appears to recipients and how billing statements are generated. Changes made here apply globally across all sub-accounts.

Accessing Company Details:

Click your initials in the top-right corner of the dashboard → select Company Details.

  • Company Details: Your official legal entity name, printed on all billing invoices.

    • Display Name: The public-facing name recipients see. Automatically populates when using the @companyname merge tag in gift communications.

    • Primary Logo: Your default brand logo, automatically applied to all newly created campaigns.

Billing Info

Global Billing Profile:

  • Managed under General → Billing. Updates here adjust the legal entity address, primary billing contact, and tax-exempt status displayed on invoices.

    • Note: Individual payment methods can also be routed to distinct addresses if needed.

Sub-Account Management

Sub-accounts allow you to isolate budgets, users, and campaigns for specific departments or regions (e.g., Sales vs. HR).

  • Dashboard Owners: Have full visibility and administrative control over all sub-accounts.

  • Dashboard Managers: Have visibility and editing privileges restricted exclusively to their assigned sub-account(s).

Steps

Create Sub-Account

Owners Only

Click Settings ⚙️CompanyManage Accounts → click + Create Account. (Note: Each sub-account requires its own assigned payment method).

Edit Account Name

Owners & Managers

Settings Company Company Details Display Name

Deactivate Sub-Account

Owners & Managers

Settings Company Manage Accounts. Find the sub-account you would like to deactivate, select the three dots → Deactivate.

NOTE: Pending gifts remain claimable until expiration.

Archive Sub-Account

Owners Only

Settings Company Manage Accounts. Find the sub-account you would like to deactivate, select the three dots → Archive.

While archived, the sub-account won’t appear in your accounts, reports, or billing. This will not affect automated or scheduled campaigns, and won’t expire unclaimed gifts. Nothing is deleted — everything is preserved and comes back if you restore it.

Setting Default Gift Customizations

Set default branding and rules so new campaigns automatically inherit your brand guidelines. Changing default settings applies only to future campaigns and will not retroactively alter live campaigns.

Where to Configure Defaults:

  • Company-Level (Owners Only): Settings Company Gift Customization (Applies across all accounts).

  • Account-Level (Owners & Managers): Settings Company Gift Customization (Applies across specific sub-account).

Configurable Defaults:

  • Gift Experience: Set default email subject lines, body text, greeting cards, and digital unwrapping animations.

  • Expiration Timelines: Define a standard validity period for gift links (e.g., 60 days).

  • Automated Reminders: Toggle automatic claim reminder emails on or off (disabling reminders is not recommended).

  • Redirect URL: Specify a target webpage to automatically redirect recipients to after they claim their gift.

  • Recipient Disclaimer Checkbox: Add custom terms, tax notes, or legal acknowledgments required at checkout.
