Check Settings:

  • Ensure that the update settings in the app are enabled and configured correctly.

Check Network Connection:

  • Make sure the device is within the network coverage area and that the data plan is active.

Portable GPS Tracker:

Check GPS Signal:

  • Ensure that the tracker has a clear view of the sky to receive GPS signals.

  • Avoid placing the tracker in covered areas or near metallic objects that could block the signal.

Restart the Device:

  • If the issue persists, try restarting the GPS tracker. This can resolve communication and synchronization problems.

Note: Remember that if you are having trouble establishing the initial connection or after a reboot on your GPS, you may need to connect your device to the charger. This is because, if your GPS is disconnected and not moving, it will not request connection to the network because it is in battery saving mode. This process can take approximately 30-45 minutes, so it is important to be patient and allow the GPS to connect properly before disconnecting it from the charger.

Automotive GPS Tracker:

  • Ensure the tracker is properly connected and receiving power from the vehicle.

  • Verify that all cables are securely connected and undamaged.

  • Restart the tracker to resolve potential synchronization and communication issues. You can do this by disconnecting the GPS from the vehicle for a few seconds.
