A handful of Banzai games offer audio narration for students. This tool does not replace screen readers for visually impaired students. It's a reading accommodation, and not an assistive technology.
Banzai's accessibility standards commitment is separate from this technology and includes screen-reader compatibility for every activity and game.
Technical note: The read-aloud tool reads only visible story text. Screen readers read the full interface, including buttons, menus, vocabulary pop-ups, and the dashboard.
Which Banzai games have read-aloud capabilities?
The following games have a narration tool that students can turn on or off:
Lemonade Tycoon
Banking
How Much Can My Business Make?
Internet Safety
To turn read aloud on or off:
Have students open one of the games listed above.
In the lower-right corner, they click Read Aloud to turn narration on.
To turn narration off, click Read Aloud again.
