Creating a Service Provider Network allows your organization to collaborate with other Apricot organizations around shared goals and reporting needs. The Network provides a dedicated space for managing members and sharing Data Standards in a controlled, intentional way.
Only designated administrators can create a Network. Once created, the Network can be used to invite organizations and share Data Standards—but no invitations or data sharing occur automatically.
Before you start
You must be an Apricot Administrator.
Your organization will become the Network Lead.
Creating a Network does not automatically invite members or share any data.
Create a Service Provider Network
In Apricot, go to Administrator.
Open Workflow Station, then select Networks.
3. Select Create Network.
4. Enter the required details for the Network.
These details help identify the Network and provide context for invited organizations.
5. Select Create Network to confirm.
Once created, the Network appears in your My Networks list and is ready to be managed.
What happens after creation
After a Network has been established, it becomes clickable from the main My Networks screen. Selecting the Network opens its management view.
From this view, Network Leads can:
Invite organizations to join the Network
Review invitation activity
Share or unshare Data Standards
Monitor participation over time
Each of these actions is initiated intentionally by the Network Lead. Nothing happens automatically when a Network is created.
Important things to know
Networks can exist before any organizations are invited.
Data sharing is always opt-in and controlled.
Networks can be updated or managed over time as collaboration needs evolve.
