How to update stock level maintenance in Unavailable items

When booking your items into a service in Unavailable Items, you can elect to undertake additional scheduled maintenance for the item simultaneously. 

Get Started

Head to the Unavailable Items screen and select the blue Add Unavailable Item button. 

Add in the information of the item you wish to service, and it will automatically populate with the relevant maintenance types set against the stock level. Simply change the toggle to Yes to update the maintenance types for one or multiple service types against the stock level. 

Note: The item must have the type service for the maintenance types to appear. 

Once you have assigned the relevant maintenance types you wish to service, simply add the unavailable item for your workshop team to follow up on and schedule in. 

Once you have carried out the maintenance and booked the item out of Unavailable Items the service dates will be updated against the stock level.
