Adding items onto an Order
The quickest way to add products, items, and services to an Order is to use the Quick Pick. It lets you search across your entire product and service catalogue and add items to your Order in just a few clicks.
Get Started
Once you have created your Order, you will be taken to the Order overview screen. The Quick Pick panel is ready to use straight away.
Add an Item Using Quick Pick
Enter the product or item name into the Name field under the Quick Pick panel
Select the desired product, stock level, or service from the results
Fill in the quantity, rate type, and price
Click the green + button to add it as an Order Item
You can continue adding as many products and services as you need before moving on.
Edit an Order Item
If you need to adjust an item after adding it, click the arrow next to the Order Item and select Edit from the menu.
From here you can amend:
Charging dates
Rate and price
Revenue groups
VAT details
When you have finished making your changes, click the green Add/Update Order Item button to save and return to the Order overview.
