πŸ’‘ Filtering account mapping by updated date is a Premium feature that is available on all Pro and Power plans. Freemium users do not have access to this functionality.

Your account mapping is refreshed in real-time but you can still track any historical changes and filter results to see new matches and updated accounts.

For example, you can filter your Account Mapping to see updates that happened in the last 3 months with a specific Partner.

To apply a filter for updates, follow these steps:

  1. Select filters and apply your desired filters

  2. At the bottom of the filters popup, enable the toggle to display updates, select your timeframe

  3. Next to the Company name, or account status you will see "New"

    1. New next to Company name = this account is a new match for you and your partner

    2. New next to Account status = this account has changed status, eg from Prospect --> Customer for you or your partner

What timeframes can I select for the update filter?

You can select the following timeframes for your update filter:

  • Last visit

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 3 months

  • Last 6 months

What will I see for each default view?

  • All overlaps: you will see new matches with New next to the Company name

  • Common customers: you will see New next to the Account Status (when the status changed from Prospect to Customer) or the Company name (for a new match)

  • Common opportunities: you will see New next to the Open deal (when an opportunity was opened for that Account) or the Company name (for a new match)

  • My Prospects vs Customers: you will see New next to the Open deal (when an opportunity was opened for that Account) or the Company name (for a new match), or the Account Status (eg the Account went from Prospect to Customer)
