How do I customize the information users can see within the Reveal widget on Salesforce?

On the Reveal Salesforce App we have default permission sets as displayed below, but you are able to also customize these permission sets from your Salesforce native settings.


How to customize your permission sets:

Step 1

Go to your Salesforce Setup > Users: Permission Sets
Click to Clone the relevant Reveal permission set

Example below: Reveal User sales rep

Step 2

Name the cloned permission set. Click Save.

Example below: Reveal User sales rep (no access owner name and email)


Step 3

Go into the newly created permission set > Custom permissions > Edit properties

Step 4

Select the custom permissions you want to remove.
Click on the left facing arrow to remove, and click Save.

Example below: Reveal access owner, Reveal access owner email

Step 5

Assign this Reveal permission set to the relevant users
