Note: For Salesforce users only

Reveal enables you to create referred accounts from partners that are missing in your Salesforce CRM.

How it works

  1. When you are notified that a partner has referred accounts, and Reveal spots that these include accounts missing from your CRM, you will get a prompt to create them as new Account Records.

  2. Map your Reveal data fields to your Account record fields - Reveal will fetch required fields and indicate which ones are necessary for you to create these accounts in your CRM.

You can also map Reveal data to any field from your CRM (not just default fields), and input any type of Reveal data you wish to see in your CRM records. Types of fields include: picklist, boolean, text/ numeric.

  3. Hit 'Create Accounts' and the accounts will be exported with the mapped fields. You will get a confirmation when the export is complete to check in your CRM.

Here's how it looks:

Why is this useful

Exporting these missing accounts to your CRM will quickly:

  • Plug your CRM gaps by adding high-potential accounts from your partners that you aren’t currently targeting.

  • Engage your sales and marketing teams by adding target accounts where these teams are already working—in your CRM— rather than expecting them to go on another platform.

  • Tracking partner sourced business within your CRM.
