💡 Power plan, only for Salesforce and Hubspot users, Admins.

Your partners are sharing custom fields with you on Reveal? You can push those fields back into Salesforce or Hubspot!

Examples of fields that can be shared by partners to enrich your CRM:

  • Product Sold

  • Tech stack/tools

  • Lifecycle stage

  • ACV, tiering

  • NPS score

  • SIRET

Leveraging this data will help you:

  • Enrich your CRM data by adding fields you don’t already have.

  • Identify and qualify leads better by tapping into unique information.

  • Enhance communication with prospects and clients thanks to a more tailored approach.

How?

Go into your integration page > Sync to CRM > Partner field mapping.

From there you will see two columns.

  • The left column is all the fields your partners share with you on Reveal. If you don't see a field on this column, it means your partner is not sharing the field with you. You can ask your partner to share a specific field.

  • The right one is all the fields from your CRM. If you map a partner field with an already existing field on your CRM, the values from your field could be replaced with partner field's data (if the account is an overlap and your partner field is not empty)

You will have to map each partner field into an existing field from your CRM. First by selecting your partner field, then your own.

  • For Picklistfields, you have to map every value.

  • You can map fields from the same format (except date) or (anything except date) to text. For example, you can map a Picklistfield or number field with a text field. You can’t map dates. If you map a Picklistfield with text, the text field will be fed by the relevant Picklist value.

  • If you get the message "Don't have access to edit", you need to contact your CRM admin to get access to the field.

Once your field is pushed to your Partner's CRM, we don't have any control on how it is used. We encourage you to make sure to sign an agreement before sharing sensitive data.

Once you finish mapping your partner fields, you will be able to see your partners’ fields data directly on your CRM as a custom field!
