Overview
When you join Reveal and create a new workspace, you are given the role of Admin by default.
Teammates may request to join the workspace at any point; the existing Admin(s) must grant them a licence for access.
If they join your Reveal workspace without a license they will encounter the below message:
How can I assign a license to my teammate?
Step 1: Go to Account Settings within the Reveal workspace.
Step 2: Enable the user and assign them a Role within Reveal
Step 3: Once you enable the user you need to pick a role for the user. A user's role will determine the level of access they will have within the Reveal app.
Note : There are only 5 licenses available on the free plan of Reveal. If you would wish to have more licenses please contact us.
