Free Trial and Subscription Plans

Soundlink offers both a Free 7-day trial of Artist Pro and a separate Free subscription plan.

Free 7-Day Trial

If you are on the Free 7-day Artist Pro trial, you will not be charged during the trial period.

If you cancel during the trial:

  • your trial will stay active until the end of the 7 days

  • you will not be charged after the trial ends

  • there is nothing to refund, since no payment was made

Free Subscription Plan

The Free plan is different from the free trial.

It is an ongoing free subscription with limited features, including:

  • $0/month

  • 20% ad processing fee

  • 1 connected social channel

  • 10 posts per month

  • 5 video uploads

  • 5 HD downloads per month

  • Soundlink hashtags cannot be removed

Soundlink also offers the following paid plans.


How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard.

Steps:

  1. Click Change plan

  1. Select Free plan

  2. Confirm

That’s it — no need to contact support.


What happens after you cancel?

Cancellation does not stop your plan immediately.

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of your current cycle

  • You will not be charged again after that

Example:

If your plan renews on March 30 and you cancel today, you’ll keep access until March 30.


Upgrading your plan

If you upgrade mid-cycle:

  • Your unused time is applied toward the new plan

  • You won’t lose value when switching plans

  • Prorated credits will apply


Refunds

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged

  • Canceling stops the next renewal, not the current billing period

Exceptions (reviewed case by case):

We may issue a refund if:

  • You were charged unexpectedly

  • You canceled immediately after renewal

  • No usage or activity occurred


Common confusion

“I canceled, why am I still active?”

Because cancellation stops future billing, not current access.

“I canceled during trial, will I be charged?”

No. If you're still in trial, you won’t be charged.

“Do I need support to cancel?”

No. You can do everything directly in your dashboard.
