Your Soundlink account settings are where you manage your organisation profile, connected social channels, team members, billing, developer access, and app preferences. Here's what's available and where to find everything.

How to access Settings

  1. In the bottom-left corner of your dashboard, click the button showing your initials and plan type

  2. Select Settings from the menu

Billing

The Billing tab shows your current plan, and your credit wallet.

From here you can:

  • View your subscription usage

  • Cancel or change your Organic Growth subscription

  • View your credit wallet balance and full transaction history — every top-up and deduction is logged with the date, event type, related campaign (if any), amount, and resulting balance

For Paid Growth campaign invoices, those are found inside each individual campaign — not in the Billing tab.

Developer

The Developer tab is where you manage API keys for integrating Soundlink with your own tools and workflows.

From here you can:

  • Generate a new API key

  • View your existing keys

  • Revoke a key you no longer need

For full guidance on authentication, available endpoints, and integration examples, see our API documentation.

Appearance

Choose how Soundlink looks on your device. Under Theme, select:

  • Light — light background, dark text

  • Dark — dark background, light text

  • System — automatically matches your device's display settings

Help & Legal

This section gives you quick access to:

  • Contact support — reach the Soundlink team directly

  • Terms of use — Soundlink's terms of service

  • Privacy policy — how Soundlink handles your data

Upgrading or changing your plan

To upgrade from Free to Artist Pro, or to manage your subscription, go to Settings → Billing and click Manage plan. You can also upgrade directly from the dashboard by clicking the Upgrade Plan button in the bottom-left sidebar.
