How it works
Build a Paid Growth campaign and reach the Review step.
Soundlink checks your Credit Wallet balance against the cost of the first cycle.
If your balance covers it, the campaign launches funded entirely from your wallet — no card charge.
If your balance is too low, you can either click Top up wallet right there on the Review step, or add a backup saved card so it can be charged for the difference.
What the backup card is for
Your backup card isn't a separate "pay by card" option you choose per campaign. It exists to keep wallet-funded campaigns running smoothly:
Covering the gap on the Review step if your wallet balance doesn't fully cover the first cycle
Covering the gap automatically at renewal if your wallet balance has run low
Funding manual wallet top-ups
Add or update your backup card at Settings → Credit wallet & payment methods.
After launch
Once a campaign is live, you can raise or lower its daily budget, toggle auto-renew, or update your backup card from the Manage button in Campaign Insights. See [Ads] Campaign Top-Up →.
Common questions
Can I choose to pay by card instead of my wallet balance?
New campaigns are funded from your wallet balance first whenever it covers the first cycle. Your saved card is a backup for shortfalls and top-ups rather than an alternate primary payment path.
What if I don't have a wallet balance at all?
You'll be prompted to top up your wallet or add a backup card on the Review step before you can launch.
Does this affect existing campaigns?
No — this applies to new campaigns at checkout. Existing campaigns keep the funding type they were created with. See [Billing] Understanding the Credit Wallet → for how existing campaigns are managed.
