You can manage your saved cards including removing one you no longer want on file and adding a new one directly from Settings.

Removing a saved payment method

  1. Go to Settings from the bottom left sidebar.

  2. Click Wallet & Payments under Billing.

  3. Under Saved payment methods, find the card you want to remove.

  4. Click the three dots (...) next to that card, then select Remove.

Adding a new payment method

From the same Saved payment methods section, you can add a replacement card and set it as your default:

  1. Click Add payment method and enter your new card details.

  2. Once it's saved, click the three dots (⋮) next to the new card and select Set as primary — this makes it the default card used for future charges.

We recommend adding and setting your new card as primary before removing the old one, so there's no gap in coverage for upcoming renewals or campaign charges.

Common questions

Can I remove a card if it's my only saved payment method?
You can, but any active campaigns or subscriptions relying on it may fail to renew. Add a new payment method and set it as primary first.

Will removing a card cancel my active campaigns or subscriptions?
No — removing a card doesn't cancel anything on its own. Just make sure a valid primary payment method is on file before your next renewal or charge is due.

Is my card information stored by Soundlink?
No. All cards are stored securely through Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — Soundlink never holds your full card details.
