How to export data from Acenda

Export product, catalog, inventory, pricing and mapping data at any time.

You can export your product, catalog, inventory, pricing and mapping data from Acenda at any time. It's the quickest way to back up your records, review performance in a spreadsheet, or move data into another system.

How to create an export

  1. Click DATA TRANSFERS > Exports in the sidebar.

  2. Click + New Export in the top right.

  3. From the Model dropdown, choose the type of data you want to export — see Export types below.

  4. Click Export.

Your export appears at the top of the list with a Processing status. Larger catalogs can take a few minutes — refresh the page, and once it's ready, click the download icon to save it as a CSV.

Tip: need this on a recurring basis instead of a one-time download? Use Scheduled Exports, also under DATA TRANSFERS, to send the same export to your SFTP server automatically as a CSV or XLSX file.

Export types

When creating a new export, choose the Model that fits what you need:

  • Catalog: every product, including all default and custom fields. It also works as a ready-made template if you're about to re-import changes — see How to import product data into Acenda.

  • Inventory Detail: stock levels by product and warehouse, including quantity on hand, allocated stock, unit cost, and expiration dates.

  • Channel Item Mapping: how your SKUs are connected to each sales channel, including the Subscription ID and Posting Template ID for that mapping — found under CHANNELS > Integrations.

  • SKU Presentation: product identifiers (aliases) such as UPC, EAN, GTIN and ISBN, organized by marketplace subscription — see How to use aliases to send a different SKU to a channel.

  • Promotion: active and past promotions, including start/end dates, sale price, and currency — see How to set up price promotions.

  • Custom Pricing: special pricing rules by SKU, including MSRP and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price).

Looking for marketplace IDs like TCINs or ASINs? None of these export types include them. You download them from each sales channel's integration page instead: see How to export marketplace IDs (like TCINs or ASINs)

Customer data and orders

Important: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) can't be exported from this page. To protect shopper privacy and meet retailer requirements, you can't download customer names, shipping addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers here.

Need order data instead? Connect Acenda to a fulfillment or shipping platform — such as ShipStation, Veeqo, Extensiv, Cin7 or Shopify — and export complete order lists, including customer details, from there.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

  • The export has said "Processing" for a long time: large Catalog or Inventory Detail exports can take several minutes. Refresh the page rather than starting a second export for the same file — that adds another job to the queue.

  • There's no download icon yet: the file is still processing, or the export failed. Give it a few minutes and refresh; if it still doesn't appear, start a new export.

  • Subscription ID or Posting Template ID is missing from a Channel Item Mapping export: that row's item isn't mapped to the channel yet. Map it under CHANNELS > Integrations for that subscription, then export again.

  • I need this file every day or every week, not only once: set up a Scheduled Export under DATA TRANSFERS instead of repeating a one-time export (see the tip above).
