Every marketplace gives your listings its own ID, like a TCIN on Target+ or an ASIN on Amazon. In Acenda these are called Alternate IDs. Exporting them gives you one file that matches each of your SKUs to its marketplace ID, which is handy for bulk updates, reconciling reports from the marketplace, answering marketplace support questions, or keeping records.

You export Alternate IDs from the integration page of each sales channel. Each download covers one channel.

Good to know: The standard export under DATA TRANSFERS > Exports does not include marketplace IDs. Use the steps below instead. For catalog, inventory and other data, see How to export data from Acenda.

How to export marketplace IDs

Click CHANNELS > Integrations in the sidebar.
Under Sales Channels, click the channel you want (for example Target+ or Amazon). In the list view, click Edit next to it. New to integrations? See How to connect a sales channel to Acenda.
Open the Products tab. The All Products list is shown by default.
Click the download icon in the upper-right corner of the product list. When you hover over it, it reads Download all item status as CSV.
Wait while Acenda shows Preparing CSV.... When you see CSV downloaded, the file is saved to your computer. It's named like youraccount-1234-100726093000-item-status.csv (your account, the integration ID, then the date and time).
To export IDs for another channel, go back to Integrations and repeat these steps for that channel.

Tip: The file always includes every product on that channel, even if you have searched or filtered the list first. Large catalogs can take a few minutes to prepare, so keep the tab open until the download finishes.

What's in the file

The file has one row per product on that channel. The marketplace ID is split across two columns:

alternate_id_name: The type of ID, for example tcin or asin.
alternate_id_value: The ID itself, for example the item's TCIN.

Which ID you get depends on the channel:

Target+: tcin, the Target item number.
Amazon: asin. Some Amazon FBA connections show the fnsku or product-id instead.
Walmart: product_id, Walmart's product ID.
Other channels: Some fill in their own listing ID (for example eBay, TikTok Shop and Shopify). Others, such as Macy's, Nordstrom, Kohl's and Lowe's, leave these two columns blank.

The file also includes these columns:

external_sku and product_title: Your SKU and product title.
product_id: The product's ID in Acenda.
gtin: The UPC or other barcode on record for the listing.
external_id: The channel's own reference for the listing.
status: The product's status on the channel. See What is Channel Status? for what each status means.
selling_price, msrp.amount and mapp.amount: The prices on record for the channel.
inventory: The total quantity on record for the channel.
item_type and listing_type: Extra listing details, when the channel provides them.
subscription_id, id, created_at, created_by, updated_at and updated_by: Record details. subscription_id is the integration ID, and updated_at shows when the row last changed.

Tip: Spreadsheet apps such as Excel can drop the leading zeros from barcodes in the gtin column. To keep them, import the file and set that column to Text instead of double-clicking to open it.

Finding the ID for a single item

You don't need a full export to look up one item:

Click CATALOG > Items in the sidebar and open the item.
Open the Channel Status tab and select the channel.
Look under View on Channel. For Target+ it shows the TCIN as a link to the item on target.com. For Amazon, the link opens the item's Amazon page.

To go the other way and find a product from its marketplace ID, open the channel's Products tab, set Search Field to Alternate ID, and enter the ID.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Some rows have no marketplace ID. The channel hasn't assigned one yet, often because the item is still being set up or reviewed, or the channel doesn't provide one. Check the item's status column, then export again later.
I see "No item statuses to export". Acenda doesn't have any products on record for this channel yet. This is normal for a new integration. Once products have been sent to the channel, try again.
I see "Error downloading CSV". The download was interrupted, often by a brief connection problem. Refresh the page and click the download icon again. If it keeps failing, contact Acenda Support and tell Acenda support which channel you were exporting.
I need IDs for all my channels in one file. Each download covers one channel. Export each channel separately, then combine the files in your spreadsheet app using the external_sku column.
Target says a TCIN was unlisted because the UPC will be listed by another source. See Troubleshooting: Target+ error "TCIN has been unlisted as the UPC will be listed by another source".
