How do I export marketplace IDs (like TCINs or ASINs)?

You can easily export a file of your products that includes their marketplace-specific identifiers, known in Acenda as Alternative IDs. These include common IDs like a Target TCIN or an Amazon ASIN. This export is useful for bulk updates, analysis, or general record-keeping.

Exporting Your Alternative IDs

Follow these simple steps to download a CSV file containing your product's Alternative IDs.

  1. From your Acenda admin panel, navigate to Integrations on the left-hand menu.

  2. Once in the Integrations section, click on the Products tab.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the download icon.

That's it! A file will be downloaded to your computer. When you open this file, you will find a column labeled "alternative_id" which contains the corresponding marketplace IDs for your products.
