Having Video Issues During Your Casper Test or Practice Test?

Troubleshooting tips for common video playback issues

If you're experiencing video problems during your Casper test or Practice Test, the cause is most likely one of the following:

  • An outdated or unsupported browser

  • A slow or unstable internet connection

Supported Browsers

Only two browsers support the AcuityInsights.app website:

  • Google Chrome: Download the latest Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox: Download the latest Firefox

❌ Other browsers such as Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer are not supported.

Smartphones and tablets are also not supported.

Steps to Fix Video Issues (Try in this order)

  1. Refresh your browser

  2. Update your browser or switch to Chrome/Firefox

  3. Restart your computer

  4. Use Incognito/Private Browsing mode

  5. Test your internet speed (You need a high speed internet connection with a bitrate of at least 1.5 Mbps)

Mac Users Note

Some Mac users have reported issues using Chrome. If this happens, please switch to the latest version of Firefox for better compatibility.
