Access to both your microphone and webcam is mandatory for identity assertion and proctoring purposes, as stated in our Terms of Use.

For the duration of your Casper test. your webcam and microphone must be active. In addition, your webcam must be uncovered with your face in full view for the duration of your test.

If you don't currently have a webcam, please arrange to obtain access to a working computer with a webcam to use for your account registration and test.

To ensure that you have a smooth testing experience, please also perform the System Requirements Check and Sample Test (found in the Casper section of your Acuity Insights account) in your intended test environment to ensure that everything is working properly. It is important to complete this check using the same computer, webcam, and internet connection that you intend to use on test day.
